Hi, I’m Rianne Still.

I’m a therapist, a new mom, and someone who deeply believes that we’re all just doing our best with what life throws our way. My days are a mix of supporting clients, chasing after my little one, and trying to soak up the rare quiet moments—while juggling the many responsibilities that come with work, parenting, and everything in between. I love being outside—whether it’s a walk with my sweet dog Miley, sitting in the sun with a good book, or just breathing in fresh air after a long day. Podcasts are my go-to for inspiration and learning, and I’m always up for a thoughtful conversation or a quiet moment with a cup of tea.

Professionally, I’ve spent the past several years working in the mental health field, supporting both youth and adults through a variety of challenges. Before starting my private practice, I worked in non-profit and health care settings, and held roles as a mental health coach and clinician. My background in social work has given me the privilege of working with vulnerable populations and understanding the many layers that shape a person’s experience.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up—and I’ll meet you there.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is to understand the root of the struggles you experience in order to help deepen your understanding of yourself and support the changes you want to see.

I hold a Master of Social Work, Bachelor of Social Work, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Coming from a social work lens means I look beyond symptoms—I consider the broader context of your life, including the social, cultural, and systemic factors that shape your experiences. I believe every part of us makes sense when we take into account both our history and our present circumstances.

I use an eclectic approach tailored to each client’s personality and needs, blending psychodynamic, narrative, and emotion-focused therapies with attachment theory. I am also trained in Brainspotting- Level 1, a unique brain-based therapy to help process traumatic experiences and memories. My goal is to make therapy feel comfortable and collaborative, where you feel in control of the process. While it’s my job to challenge you at times, you’ll always be empowered to speak up if something doesn’t feel right.

Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more compassionate toward yourself, more emotionally attuned to your own needs, and more confident navigating your relationships—so you can reclaim your story in a way that feels aligned with who you are today.
